Cancer dynamics: integrating immune system and the chemotherapy

Abstract: A mathematical model based on nonlinear ordinary differential equations is presented, interpreting the cancer dynamics in a human host. For this, in the mathematical model the tumor and the immunological cells, are considered. In addition, the chemotherapy treatment in the process, is considered. The local stability analysis of the equilibrium points and simulations of the system, are performed.
