Evdokimov, MoH RF CANDESARTAN IN CARDIOLOGY PRACTICEThe most significant risk factor for the development of cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction, ischemic heart disease, chronic heart failure, is arterial hypertension (AH).[1] AH also contributes to the development of cerebrovascular pathology (ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, transient ischemic attack) and kidney diseases (chronic kidney disease).
