Capillary Electrophoresis and High Performance Liquid Chromatography in the Context of Selected Bioanalytical Applications – a comparison using the RGB Color Model

Abstract

A critical evaluation of the newly developed analytical methods, as well as a comparison of them with those previously published, is unambiguously the important job of every researcher. Methods are mainly compared in terms of validation criteria and greenness of the process, yet there is a need to introduce a comprehensive protocol, which takes into account the method performance, compliance with green chemistry rules, and productivity.
