Caractérisation de la diversité et de la durabilité des exploitations laitières familiales au Vietnam : étude de cas en zone périurbaine de Hanoï

Abstract: Au Vietnam, les politiques publiques tendent à soutenir le développement des exploitations laitières de grande taille familiales (> 30 vaches) ou industrielles (> 500 vaches).
