Abstract:Over the last decades, cardiac electronic implantable devices (CEID) have incorporated a myriad of technological capabilities that are not conveniently inferred by using the conventional ICHD and NBG coding systems. We propose a new coding system (i.e., the C‐ARL‐A coding system) aimed at overcoming this important limitation.
