Abstract: Aim:Childhood onset inflammatory bowel disease is more aggressive and has rapidly progressive clinical course than adult inflammatory bowel disease. Early-onset inflammatory bowel disease has more severe clinical progression as a subspecialised group of monogenic inflammatory bowel disease.
