Cardiac patch transplantation instruments for robotic minimally invasive cardiac surgery: initial proof-of-concept designs and surgery in a porcine cadaver [preprint]

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Damaged cardiac tissues could potentially be regenerated by transplanting bioengineered cardiac patches to the heart surface.
