Abstract: Aims We sought to evaluate the effectiveness of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in far-advanced heart failure (FA-HF) patients with New York Heart Association (NYHA) class-IV status and dependency on intravenous drugs (IVDs) and/or invasive supportive treatments (ISTs).
