Abstract:The goal of our research is to analyze the career satisfaction as a retention factor of adult educators. A total of 25 interviews were conducted in Mozambique. The study adopted qualitative method, using grounded theory. The results found chronic problems in Mozambican Human Resource Management (HRM) Public Educational Sector.
