Career Selection: Framing, Groupthink, and Financial Rewards in Accounting

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of framing, groupthink and financial rewards on career selection decisions on UMISIDA accounting studies. The respondents to the analysis in this study were active students in UMSIDA accounting faculty as many as 38 people.
