objectives: Caring is the essence of the nursing process delivered by nurses in diverse cultural settings exceptionally is Islamic caring. This research aims to develop an Islamic caring model for the psychospiritual comfort of coronary disease patients. Method: The research method used was analytic observational with a cross-sectional design. This research recruited 70 clients from the population of the heart disease patients in three Islamic hospitals by using simple random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results: The research showed that there were influences from the nursing and service factors towards Islamic caring with a value of t= 7.79; 2.06. There was influence from Islamic caring towards psychospiritual comfort with a value of t= 2.85. Conclusions: The Islamic caring model is a nurse's behavior that emphasizes Islamic values that include the characteristics of maintaining confidence, compassion, and competence to enhance the patients' psychospiritual comfort.

─Patients, particularly those who are Muslims have the right to obtain nursing care according to their values and beliefs. Nevertheless, in its implementation, those patients commonly have not yet received the care that they supposedly receive. Nurses who work in the hospitals that embrace Islamic values as their fundamental pillars of the health care deliveries, have not been able to implement the Islamic nursing care optimally. If the patients didn't get comprehensive nursing care, including Islamic care, so they are will not heal well. Therefore, the aim of this study is to explore the Islamic nursing care delivery in hospital. A crosssectional design was chosen to investigate the research question. A proportional sampling technique was used to approach the participants resulting a total of 51 nurses who work in in-patient units participated in the study. A checklist which had been validated was used to collect the data on the Islamic nursing care. This instrument consisted of 23 statements measuring nurse practice in Islamic nursing care. More than half of the nurses (64.7%) demonstrated insufficient level of the Islamic nursing care implementation, meanwhile, the rest (35.3%) were identified to have good level of implementation. The study indicated that not all nurses have implemented the Islamic nursing care optimally. In order to improve the nurse performance, it is suggested to supervise the implementation of the Islamic nursing care in the hospital.

Shihab from Indonesia, especially to describe and analyze the relationship of patience with the personality in tafsīr al-Misbāh. Methodology: This research is library research using text study methods. In the study of interpretive texts, one of them is the method of interpretation of mauḍū'i. The method of tafsīrmauḍū'i is a method of interpretation that discusses a particular theme, then seeks the view of the al-Qur’an on the matter by grouping verses, analyzing, discussing and understanding verse by verse, then gathering general verses into specific verses. In analyzing, text studies utilize library sources as a study material. The method used tafsīrthematic, which means to collect verses of the Qur'an correlated to the theme and discusses and analyzes the contents of the verse. The verses in the Qur'an collecting by its relation to the topic of patience and in the end, we take the conclusion as the answer from the al-Qur'an. Main Findings: Patience in the al-Misbāh Exegesis brings a personality model to the thought that the value of life hangs on patience as religiousness, ethics, and meaningful life. The personality model grows an involvement of psychological well being on the foundation of ideal humanitarian ethics in the Quran, which is the highest outcome of the patients. Applications of this study: This study can be utilized by educators, in teaching and learning and psychologists. Novelty/Originality of this study: The personality model of patience in the-Misbāh Exegesisis positive. This personality model will minimize a person falling in the concept of terrorism, and increases to realizing psychological well-being, especially related to meaningfulness in life and self-mastery.
