Caring Training on Caring Behavior and Nurse Work Culture at RSUP. Dr. M. Djamil Padang

Abstract: Quality nursing services require nurses to work in a professional and standardized manner, where the service focuses on the patient and has to be comprehensive. The best nursing services can be realized by caring behavior which is fundamental to the nursing profession.
