CARM: Congestion Adaptive Routing Method for On Chip Networks

Abstract: Abstract-Network-on-Chip (NoC) has emerged as a longterm and efficient on-chip communication solution for MCSoC and CMP micro-architectures to overcome bottleneck of traditional bus-based interconnects.
