Casca de melancia, xilanase e -glucanase em dietas para codornas japonesas

Abstract: Objetivou-se avaliar a inclusão de 5 % do farelo da casca da melancia com e sem a inclusão de xilanase e β-glucanase na dieta de codornas japonesas sobre o desempenho, qualidade de ovos, perfil bioquímico e biometria. Utilizou-se 120 codornas fêmeas da espécie Coturnix coturnix japonica. O delineamento foi inteiramente casualizado em esquema fatorial 2x2, com seis repetições, contendo seis aves por gaiola.
