Case report and review: A rare case of sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma manifesting with supraclavicular lymph node metastasis

Abstract: Sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma (SRCC) is a highly aggressive form of dedifferentiated renal cell carcinoma. We report a 65-year-old man who presented to the emergency department with respiratory symptoms, obstructive jaundice with deranged liver function tests and raised inflammatory marker.
