Case Report: Biologic graft placement with subsequent radiation therapy following radical vulvectomy for adenoid cystic carcinoma of the Bartholin’s gland

Abstract: Highlights Biologic graft should be considered for defects unable to be closed primarily. Radiation therapy should not be a contraindication to biologic graft placement. Consider biologic graft placement in areas not amenable to surgical flap creation. Biologic grafts should be considered in gynecologic oncology patients.
