Abstract:Pheochromocytomas are neuroendocrine tumors that produce catecholamines and can be difficult to diagnose. Bladder involvement is uncommon with pheochromocytoma. Hypertension (sometimes with hypertensive crisis coinciding with micturition), headache, hematuria and syncope, which are commonly associated with voiding, are the most prevalent symptoms.
