Abstract:Photobiomodulation (PBM) has demonstrated positive effects on bone healing after fracture. This case report describes a skateboard-related shoulder anterior dislocation with Bankart and Hill-Sachs lesions. After a non-invasive reduction, the patient received conservative treatment with PBM. PBM was started on the accident day and continued daily for 30 days, followed by bi-weekly irradiation for 33 months.
