Subcutaneous panniculitis like T-cell lymphoma (SPTCL) is a rare primary cutaneous lymphoma that belongs to peripheral T cell lymphomas, of which the overall prognosis is poor. Chidamide, a deacetylase inhibitor, has been approved for the treatment of peripheral T cell lymphomas.
