Abstract: Histiocytic sarcoma (HS) is a rare hematological malignancy with limited treatment options, and it is also prone to complications such as hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) in the later stages of the disease, leading to difficulties in treatment and poor prognosis.
