Abstract:Stroke is the second leading cause of death worldwide and the leading cause of long-term disability. Stroke survivors are at high risk for recuurent stroke and long-term disabling sequelae. Stroke causes reduced or oven loss of function that occurs in these tissues, because a stroke attacks brain function without other causes. Patients with stroke will experience disturbances.
