Cation effects on the properties of halloysite-confined bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide based ionic liquids

Abstract: The structure and properties of ionic liquids based on the bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide anion confined by halloysite nanoclay change due to interaction with outer and inner surfaces of nanotubes, depending on the type and size of the cation.
