Causing factors, outcomes, and governance of Shadow IT and business-managed IT: a systematic literature review

Abstract: Shadow IT and Business-managed IT describe the autonomous deployment/procurement or management of Information Technology (IT) instances, i.e., software, hardware, or IT services, by business entities.
