Abstract:Cavernous Sinus Thrombosis (CST) is a serious condition with a high mortality. The use of antibiotics in this condition has dramatically decreased mortality in the last 50 years. Our patient was a young woman with a history of chronic intravenous drug abuse. She presented with acute fulminant septic CST.
