CChain: a high throughput blockchain system

Abstract: Blockchain is a distributed ledger technology where all nodes in a blockchain maintain the same ledger. The key to a blockchain is to ensure the uniqueness of the ledger. Therefore, different consensus protocols have been designed to cater for different applications.
