The influence of the nature of the initial cadmium-containing salt on the structure, microstructure, morphology and optical properties of semiconductor CdS and CdSe films, obtained by chemical surface deposition (CSD), was studied. Transmission and absorption optical spectra and the surface morphology of the films were investigated. The obtained films are characterized by the availability of a fundamental absorption edge, which is formed by direct interband optical transitions. The results of the study of the surface morphology by atomic force and scanning electron microscopy showed that the conglomerates on the surface coatings are CdS and CdSe particles with different stoichiometry than the film. The content of cadmium ions in the obtained coatings was determined by inversion voltammetry. The thickness of the semiconductor films was calculated from the mass of cadmium. The possibility of producing stable CdS and CdSe films, suitable for solar cells based on heterojunctions, was demonstrated. Представлены результаты ab initio исследований электронных и оптических свойств твёрдых растворов CdSe 1x S x (x 0,125-0,875). Рассчитаны электронные плотности состояний и энергетический спектр твёрдых растворов CdSe 1x S x с шагом x 0,125. Óстановлена концентрационная зависимость ширины запрещённой зоны. Определена динамика изменения основных оптических параметров (диэлектрической проницаемости, показателя преломления, коэффициента отражения) с содержанием серы. Приводятся результаты экспериментальных исследований наноразмерных тонких плёнок CdSe 1x S x (x 0,301). Тонкие плёнки были получены методом химического осаждения на кварцевые подложки. Анализ полученных плёнок и морфологии поверхности проводили с использованием рентгеновской флуоресценции и растровой электронной микроскопии. Óстановлена зависимость ширины запрещённой зоны от времени осаждения тонких плёнок. Рассчитан средний размер кристаллитов и плотность дислокаций тонкой плёнки CdSeS.Ключові слова: тонкі плівки, електронний енергетичний спектр, густина станів електронів, оптичні параметри.

The conditions effect of obtaining CdS and CdSe thin films by a chemical surface deposition method (CSD) on their structural and optical properties has been studied. The optical transmission, absorption spectra and surface morphology of films and degree of phase uniformity were investigated. The content of cadmium ions in the obtained coatings by the method of voltammetry inversion was defined. The thickness of the obtained semiconductor films was calculated according to the mass of cadmium. The optimum conditions for obtaining CSD films of the given thickness with a minimum number of defects on the surface were established.
