Abstract:Diffuse large B cell lymphoma is an aggressive and fast-growing form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. DLBCL becomes fatal if it is not treated in the early stage. Despite its aggressive nature, ~50-70\% patients respond successfully, whereas ~30-40\% patients have an inadequate response to the currently available therapies.
