Abstract:This experimental study aimed to investigate the therapeutic potential of cellular cardiomyoplasty in the context of refractory angina using a rodent model. Stress load modeling was employed to assess the hemodynamic response, mainly focusing on heart rate changes during isopropyl norepinephrine loading.
