Abstract:Asiatic pennywort (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb.) is a plant originating from the Far East that has been used for thousands of years to treat a variety of diseases. Among others, it is characterized by anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties, while at the same time, rarely showing allergenic potential.
