Central retinal vein occlusion with concurrent paracentral acute middle maculopathy secondary to honeybee sting

Abstract: We report the case of a 45-year-old male who presented with complaints of sudden decreased vision in the right eye (RE) associated with redness and lid swelling. He gave a history of honeybee stings 1 week ago to the right periorbital area. On examination, the patient’s best-corrected visual acuity in RE was 4/60. The anterior segment examination was normal.
