Cerebral Salt Wasting Syndrome and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: Case Report

Abstract: Cerebral salt wasting (CSW) is a rare cause of hypoosmolar hyponatremia usually associated with acute intracranial disease characterized by extracellular volume depletion due to inappropriate sodium wasting in the urine.
