Cerebral vascular function in young, healthy non-Hispanic Black and White females

Abstract: Non-Hispanic Black (BL) individuals are ~2-times more likely to suffer from conditions including cognitive dysfunction and Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD) – conditions which are among the fastest growing causes of morbidity and mortality in the US.
