Cervical cancer patient with deep venous thrombosis developing fatal ischemic stroke within 24 hours after surgery:a case report

Abstract: Background: Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) including limber and pulmonary embolism is a common complication of cancer. DVT and ischemic stroke may independently or jointly lead to poor prognosis in cancer patients.
