Cervical elongation caused by big cervical fibroid resembling malignant cervical prolapse? Management via vaginal surgery

Abstract: Highlights Cervical fibroids mass could lead to cervical elongation. In a rare case, the protruded vaginal mass could resemble malignancy. We present two of the rare cases.
