Cervical emphysema: an unusual presentation of laryngeal cancer

Abstract: To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case report of acute airway compromise from extralaryngeal subcutaneous emphysema secondary to laryngeal cancer. Options for acute airway management are discussed.
