Chalcogenide Science in Romania

Abstract: Almost six decades ago, in Romania a small group of physicists begun to study chalcogenide compositions, motivated primarily by the desire to understand the phase‐change phenomenon in these materials, discovered recently, at that time, by Stanford R.
