Challenges and Proposed Model in Implementing Integrated Medical Record Systems in Indonesia

Abstract: Indonesia is a nation with the fourth largest population in the world with unevenly distributed in five major islands and other 17,000 islands. The medical services are provided by the Centre of Community Health (Puskesmas), Clinics, and Hospitals that are mostly using their own implementation of Electronic Medical Records, which are incompatible and inconsistent.
