In this study, results from long-term monitoring of the tyre/road noises of the exposed aggregate cement concrete (EACC) with the highest grain size of 8 mm and stone mastic asphalt (SMA) surface with the highest grain size of 11 mm performed by close-proximity (CPX) method are presented. There are certain concerns that the EACC surface will have inferior noise properties than SMA. These concerns are based on previous experience with the cement concrete surface with transverse tining texture which is very noisy. The main aim of this article is to demonstrate that these concerns are unfounded. A section of the motorway was chosen for the measuring and the testing speed for all measurements was 80 km·h−1. Provisional results (based on six years of monitoring) show that the noise levels measured on both these surface types are similar over their lifetime and exhibit logarithmic acoustic behaviour.

Problematika hluku patří mezi klíčové problémy dlouhodobého provozu na pozemních komunikacích z hlediska jejích negativních vlivů na životní prostředí a zdraví člověka, která je do značné míry ovlivňována technickým stavem komunikace -obrusné vrstvy. Hluk generovaný kontaktem pneumatiky s vozovkou převládá u osobních vozidel od rychlosti cca 40 km/h, proto v posledních letech představují nízkohlučné povrchy efektivní protihlukové opatření. Na území ČR se jednalo v roce 2010 o jednotky případů pokládky specializovaného povrchu, v roce 2013 se již jednalo o desítky případů realizací. U nízkohlučných povrchů byla prokázána rychlejší akustická degradace, která může souviset i s tím, že čištění těchto specializovaných krytů vozovek se v ČR neprovádí. Článek uvádí výsledky měření pomocí metody CPX provedeného v rámci projektu TAČR č. TE01020168 -"Centrum pro efektivní a udržitelnou dopravní infrastrukturu" -CESTI, kdy srovnává změny akustického tlaku A měřené na styku pneumatika/vozovka nízkohlučných povrchů vozovek na nichž bylo provedeno čistění, a to opakovaně několik let po sobě.

SOUHRNSnížení emisí hluku do životního prostředí je prioritou dopravní politiky jak jednotlivých států, tak Evropské unie. Hlučnost z provozu na silničních komunikacích, představuje dominantní podíl na celkové hlukové zátěži a je ovlivňována intenzitou, složením a rychlostí dopravního proudu, ovšem také technickým stavem vozovky, tedy stavem její obrusné vrstvy. Realizace obrusných směsí se sníženou hlučností na pozemních komunikacích představuje velmi efektivní protihlukové opatření přímo u zdroje hluku. Na základě doporučení technické komise TC 227/WG5 Evropského výboru pro normalizaci CEN a výsledků evropského projektu ROSSANE je pro monitoring hlučnosti povrchů vozovek výhradně upřednostňována metoda CPX, která jako ISO norma vyšla v březnu 2017. V České republice se dosud v omezené míře používá aplikace technologií asfaltových vrstev snižujících hlučnost, přičemž tyto technologie mají svá specifika. Z hlediska akustického hodnocení těchto technologií se postupuje v ČR dle nového závazného předpisu Ministerstva dopravy ČR, TP 259 Asfaltové směsi pro obrusné vrstvy se sníženou hlučností, který vyšel v prosinci 2017. SUMMARYReduction of noise emission into the environment is a priority of transport policies of individual countries, as that of well as the European Union. Road traffic noise has a dominant share in the total noise production and is influenced by traffic volume, traffic composition, traffic flow speed, as well as the technical condition of the road pavement, i.e. the condition of its wearing course. The installation of low-noise wearing courses on road pavements is a very effective acoustic measure directly at the noise source. Based on the recommendation of the technical committee TC 227/WG5 of the European Committee for Standardisation CEN and on the results of the European project ROSSANE, the CPX method, which was published as an ISO standard in March 2017, is exclusively preferred for the monitoring of road pavement noise. Technologies of asphalt mixtures reducing noise have been applied in the Czech Republic. These technologies have their specific features. Regarding the acoustic assessment of these technologies in the Czech Republic, "binding technical specifications" TP 259 Asphalt mixtures for low-noise wearing courses, published by the Ministry of Transport in December 2017, are in use.
