Change Point Detection for Fine-Grained MFR Work Modes with Multi-Head Attention-Based Bi-LSTM Network

Abstract: Detection of the changes in Multi-Functional Radar (MFR) work modes is a critical situation assessment task for Electronic Support Measure (ESM) systems.
