Changes in CT density of solitary capillary hemangioma of the lung upon varying patient position

Abstract: Solitary capillary hemangioma of the lung (SCHL) is a rare benign tumor that is difficult to differentiate from other nodular lesions, including lung cancer, on CT. We report a case of 58-year-old man with an SCHL of the left lower lung.
