Changes in Factors V and VIII were studied in normal, unilaterally nephrectomized, and splenectomized rats. Adrenaline in a dose of 3 or 6 μg. per 200 g. body weight subcutaneously induced a significant but not very large increase in the activity of Factors V and VIII. A similar increase occurred in splenectomized and unilaterally nephrectomized rats.
