Abstract: Low‐grade serous ovarian carcinoma (LGSC) is a rare and lethal subtype of ovarian cancer. LGSC is pathologically, biologically, and clinically distinct from the more common high‐grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSC). LGSC arises from serous borderline ovarian tumours (SBTs).
