Changing Tides and Changing Winds: A Time to Change Gears

Abstract

Greetings, and welcome! Although I have been adjusting to life within the editorial system for several months now, this is the first issue of Public Works Management and Policy for which my team's involvement extends all the way through issue production. I want to take you on a brief journey to explore how we are adapting PWMP to be a more effective player in modern public administration scholarship and practice on both the policy and management sides of the fence. Through this introductory editorial, I want to explain how I see our journal contributing in a big way to discourse on key and emerging topics in the field. Times are indeed changing, and we must adapt and lead to stay ahead of the curve. I'm looking forward to having you-our readers, authors, and reviewers-join me on this journey.
