Characterization of RIN Isoforms and Their Expression in Tomato Fruit Ripening

Abstract: Ripening of tomato fleshy fruit is coordinated by transcription factor RIN, which triggers ethylene and carotenoid biosynthesis, sugar accumulation, and cell wall modifications.
