Charge-displacement analysis via natural orbitals for chemical valence: Charge transfer effects in coordination chemistry

Abstract: We recently devised a simple scheme for analyzing on quantitative grounds the Dewar-Chatt-Duncanson donation and back-donation in symmetric coordination complexes.
