Abstract:Mitochondrial intermembrane space proteins CHCHD2 and CHCHD10 have roles in diseases affecting motor neurons such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, spinal muscular atrophy and axonal neuropathy and in Parkinson's disease, and form a complex of unknown function.
