Abstract: Isoxazole derivatives R 0240 1,3-Dipolar Cycloaddition Reaction Applied to Synthesis of New Unsymmetric Liquid Crystal Compounds-Based Isoxazole. -A simple method allows the regioselective preparation of unsymmetrically 3,5-disubstituted isoxazoles by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitrile oxides.
