Abstract: Die thermo‐ und photolytische Ringverengung der Azido‐pyrrolinone (Ib), (IC) und (IV) [Photolyse im Falle (IVd), Ausb. 72% (VId)] zu den Azetidinonen (IIa) bzw. (IIb) + (III) bzw. (VI) wird untersucht [(Ia) reagiert nicht analog, sondern bildet den Amido‐Ester (VII)].
