Abstract: The acid‐mediated condensation of benzoylpyruvates (I) with aza‐heterocyclic amines (II), N‐amino heterocycles (IV) and (VI), C,N‐dinucleophiles (VIII), and anilines (X) furnishes the corresponding heterocyclic imprints in good yields.
