Abstract

The rhodium‐catalyzed reaction of aryl‐substituted α‐diazo‐β‐keto esters with vinyl acetate is shown to form acyloxy‐substituted donor‐acceptor‐acceptor cyclopropanes, and depending on the aryl substituent the products are obtained in low to high yields.
